I am happy to help you complete your ID1s to help you progress your conveyancing transaction.

Some UK conveyancing transactions require that your identity be confirmed to the Land Registry using a form called an ID1. The solicitors who are handling your conveyancing transaction may not be in a position to undertake that check for you.

If you make an appointment with me and bring your completed form, your passport, your proof of address and the passport photo that needs to be paper clipped to the form, I will be able to confirm the details on the form against the details you provide to me and sign your form to make the relevant confirmation.

Do I need an appointment for you to sign my ID1?
Will the ID1 appointment take long?
I also need a personal guarantee form signed. Can you do that for me, as well?
